Soham, or like some would say, So-home. That’s how we are. Just like home.

Firstly being in Nagpur and thus the centre of India and secondly being in Sitabuldi which is the centre of Nagpur, we are located at a place that is easy and convenient for everyone to reach.

Our service apartments consist of two types of rooms:

1) Single bedded – 225 sq. ft., air-conditioned rooms with attached baths and toilets. Other inclusions are TV, fridge, cupboard, side table, writing desk and chair.

2) Double bedded – 300 sq. Ft., Includes all of the above

Other than that, we have beautiful landscaped lawns, a garden gym, a walking track for those morning walks and evening strolls and all this amidst soothing nature.

There’s also provision for entertainment beyond TV and Wifi in the form of a common room with indoor games like Cards, Chess, etc.

The building features 2 lifts and multiple staircases for easy access. Lastly but most importantly, the entire flooring at Soham is done with anti-skid tiles with all doors and entrances accessible easily even in a wheelchair.

Since we promote fitness and a healthy lifestyle we have a garden gym and a well-equipped physiotherapy center.
